What comes with the name

One kitchen, fifty three times

Sauces come from a single commissary and the beef is Certified Angus. Seafood arrives fresh. The menu and the prices are the same wherever you sit, so a guest in Naples gets exactly what a guest on Bird Road gets.

A menu that already sells

Rolls, hibachi and sashimi, with a full bar in the newer rooms. Recipes, plating and the specials calendar arrive built and already tested across every restaurant in the system.

People who have opened this before

You are not the first person to open a Sushi Sake, and the team has done it more than forty times. They stay with you through site, buildout, hiring and training, then through the first service.

創業者の話

Hear it from the people who built it

James and Angel Aguayo opened the first Sushi Sake on Bird Road in 2009. The film that belongs here is theirs: how it started, what they look for in an owner, and what the first year actually asks of you.

New film in production.
